Caribbean Butlers was born as from a long lineage of work, experience and development within the general hospitality industry. We are more than just a training facility. We embody grace, elegance and excellence within our trade. Our purpose is to work with only the best and make them into thoroughbred butlers fit to serve royalty! Our aim is to train existing hospitality and catering staff and give them all they need to know to become Butlers in the Caribbean.

The ideal candidate for our reputable and highly renowned butler programme are those who are already in the hospitality industry either bartenders, waiting staff, housekeeping and the like. Candidates should already have an understanding of the industry and desire to further themselves in that capacity. Being a butler means taking care of your clients and their property and serving their household wholeheartedly.

The hospitality industry is one of the most exciting and lucrative industries anyone could wish to be a part of. A real career with many amazing opportunities is available and we can equip you with a niche market to apply yourself in. There are many great examples of how staff in the hospitality industry have developed their own style and method of making and presenting food which ranges from fine dining to restaurant. We always remind people that the industry belongs to each person who has the courage to make it their own. We have seen many places and people evolve into their perfect job or role.

New money in the modern day and age has meant that there are more opportunities for you to become part of an executive team within your job as a butler. The job of a butler has changed so much that now a traditional butler acts more in a PA capacity being “hands on”. This means travelling with your employer, being in charge of administrational tasks as well as the traditional tasks assigned to butlers.
